Terms of service

The service

We provide pre-arranged private ground transportation in Central Oregon with licensed, insured drivers. We are not a taxi or a rideshare platform — every trip is reserved in advance and assigned to a specific driver and vehicle.

Booking and confirmation

Your ride is booked once you receive a confirmation code. One of us looks over every booking and will contact you if a detail needs clarifying. For trips outside our published rate card, we confirm the price with you before it applies.

Pricing and payment

• The price shown when you book is the price you pay. It includes tax, tolls, airport fees, and luggage assistance. Gratuity is optional and never added automatically.
• Payment is collected after your ride through a secure link. No deposit or card is required to reserve.
• Additional charges only apply where these terms say so: wait time beyond the included window, extra stops added on the day, or cleaning for damage or excessive mess.

Changes and cancellations

Free up to 12 hours before pickup. Our cancellation policy has the full detail and forms part of these terms.

Passenger responsibilities

• Be at the pickup location at the scheduled time, or let us know.
• Seat belts are required, and children must use an appropriate seat — we provide them free.
• Smoking and vaping are not permitted in our vehicles.
• Drivers may end a trip if a passenger's behavior is unsafe or threatening. The full reserved price applies in that case.

Delays and liability

We plan generous buffers, monitor flights, and drive Central Oregon winters for a living. Even so, we can't control weather, road closures, or traffic incidents, and we can't accept responsibility for consequential losses such as a missed flight or event. Our liability for any trip is limited to the price of that trip, except where the law provides otherwise. Nothing here limits liability we cannot legally limit.

Lost property

Tell us as soon as you notice. We check the vehicle, hold items securely, and arrange return or pickup. We can't accept liability for items left behind, but we've reunited nearly everything with its owner.
